CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than an hour before the scheduled pickup time will incur a full charge and be considered a no-show. Cancellations made more than an hour in advance will receive a full refund. For most services, cancellations can be made without charge.

If your flight is canceled by the airline, no charges will apply. In the case of a flight delay, we will track the flight using the provided flight number and arrive at the rescheduled landing time. However, if the flight is diverted, the full charge will still apply.


AIRPORT ARRIVALS

All airport transfers offer a meet and greet service upon request, where your driver will be waiting at a designated location with a sign featuring your name or will text you the meeting spot. We track all flights to ensure we are there in case of any delays.

Domestic flights include 30 minutes of free waiting time after landing, while international flights offer 60 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds this, an additional charge of CAD $120 per hour will apply.

PRIVATE AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL (FBO)

For private aircraft arrivals, we can greet you directly on the tarmac next to your plane, as we have access to most airport tarmacs. If we’re unable to track your flight in real-time through flight tracking systems, we will arrive at the original scheduled time. A complimentary 30-minute waiting period is provided upon landing, after which an additional charge of CAD $120 per hour will apply for any extra waiting time.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a passenger fails to show up, the full trip amount will be charged. For airport pickups, a no-show is defined as the client not contacting the dispatch office or locating the driver within one hour of the scheduled arrival time. For other types of transportation, we provide a 15-minute grace period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. TIPPING

A 15% gratuity is automatically added to all reservations for your convenience. If you prefer to provide an additional cash tip, you are welcome to do so. Please note that the quoted prices are estimates.

TAX

when booking with our service, the 13% HST will typically be added to the price unless otherwise specified.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Each trip includes 15 minutes of free waiting time, except for airport pickups, which allow 30 minutes at no extra cost. After this time, a waiting fee of $120 CAD per hour will apply.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol consumption is not allowed in our vehicles, and we are not responsible for any violations of this rule.

SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking or vaping in the vehicle is permitted upon request at the time of reservation, and a cleaning fee of $150 CAD will be charged to cover the cost of sanitizing the vehicle after the trip.

PETS

Pets must be approved at the time of booking, and a cleaning fee of $150 will be automatically charged to cover the cost of a thorough cleaning of the vehicle after the trip. The pet owner will be held accountable for any damage caused by their pet during the ride.

VEHICLE DAMAGE AND CLEANING

The client is liable for any damage to the vehicle, and repair expenses will be billed to them. Damages may include, but are not limited to, bodily fluids, burned carpets, or torn seats.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS

Limolegends and its affiliates are not liable for any lost or damaged items, but we will make every effort to recover them.

UPGRADES

We may upgrade your vehicle at no extra charge, depending on availability and your itinerary.

TOLLS/PARKING

Unless stated otherwise in the reservation, parking and toll fees will be added to the final invoice at the end of the trip.

CHILD CAR SEATS

Child car seats are available upon request when making a reservation, but the installation is the client’s responsibility.

ADDITIONAL TRIPS

Any unplanned stops require approval from our phone service, and additional fees may apply.

OVERALL

Vehicles must not be overloaded. If the client engages in inappropriate behavior, the driver has the right to end the trip without a refund. The company is not liable for mechanical issues, but any lost time may be refunded or credited toward a future trip.

Quotes are given as estimates only, and the final price will be confirmed when the booking is made.
